PASADENA, Calif.: Rightsify, the global leader in music licensing, today announced the release of Hydra II, the latest iteration of their advanced AI Music Generation Model. Hydra II sets a new standard for AI-generated music as the largest, most diverse and truly ethical model available. The model is trained on an extensive Rightsify-owned data set of more than one million songs and 50,000 hours of music, features over 800 instruments from around the world and is available in more than 50 languages.
Hydra II offers the same ‘Text to Music’ functionality and copyright clearance as the original Hydra, but with enhanced, first-of-its-kind customization capabilities through its expansive music library, global representation and a new suite of editing tools. Hydra II enables anyone to create high quality instrumental music or sound effects for commercial use at a rapid speed – from a music producer or artist needing backing track inspiration to a marketer needing music for an advertisement. Hydra II does not offer vocal or singing generation to further avoid infringement and deepfakes.
