In his most recent role as Sales Director at Solera Auto Finance, John played a pivotal role in boosting customer acquisition and operational efficiency across a vast network of over 6,000 automobile dealers in 45 states. Prior to Solera, he served as Senior Vice President of National Lending at Crescent Bank & Trust, where he successfully oversaw origination teams in multiple cities, improving dealer relations and operational precision.
John’s career also includes leadership positions at Defi Solutions, Flagship Credit Acceptance, Sierra Auto Finance, GM Financial|AmeriCredit, and Bay View Acceptance Corporation. His expertise spans consultative sales, strategic planning, process improvement, and team development, making him a highly respected figure in the industry.
