DENVER: Spinnaker Support (Spinnaker), the Oracle and SAP software support specialist trusted by over 1,000 global clients, including many of the world’s leading banks, telcos and utility companies, announces today that it will immediately begin offering VMware third-party support globally.
The move comes after Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware and the subsequent announcement that VMware would move from perpetual licenses to a subscription model. This change means a fundamental shift in how customers will access, and finance VMware solutions support and maintenance. This transition also introduces complexities related to cost predictability, customer autonomy, and the strategic alignment of technology roadmaps.
