SAN ANTONIO: #AI--Globalgig, a managed communication platform provider for global enterprises, announced that it has enhanced its service management capabilities with the introduction of its Orchestra Insight network intelligence and monitoring platform that enables proactive management, reduces downtime and optimizes performance.
