A 2016 foundational study involving over 6,000 participants using Muse devices found a strong correlation between APF and cognitive performance, including overall cognitive health, processing speed, and memory3.

By leveraging Muse mEEG devices to measure individual APF after biofeedback sessions, users can obtain a cognitive performance score with personalized tips for optimizing alpha wave activity.
