This transformative voice interface promises to revolutionize the way real estate professionals generate property listings and conduct business. MetroList is the first MLS in the country to provide this capability to subscribers.

Simplifying and Streamlining the Agent Property Workflow:

• Seamless Listing Management: Agents can add new listings and edit property details in the MLS system by speaking in natural language while walking through the property. The voice-powered integration automatically uploads the information to the MLS in real time, reducing the need for manual data entry and increasing efficiencies in the listing process.
• Time Saving: Enhances the productivity of real estate professionals by saving hours of time ordinarily spent on adding and editing property listings. Listing uploads and changes, traditionally made using a desktop, can be done on the go from anywhere. With the new feature an agent can add or edit listing data by voice command while driving, taking a walk, or cleaning the kitchen.
