• healow Genie: A comprehensive and first-of-its-kind, fully EHR-integrated AI-powered contact center solution that connects patients with the information and assistance they need, when they need it via voice call, text, or chatbot, with 24/7/365 support. Genie offers self-service options in natural language to answer patients' common questions and uses AI to manage appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and more. Genie is always available, offering after-hours support by creating transcripts of medical calls for next-day provider follow-up. • Sunoh.ai: Sunoh.ai, the revolutionary AI medical scribe, now supports English, Portuguese, and Spanish, as part of the multilingual feature, ultimately reducing physician burnout and improving patient care. In addition to these three languages, support for several other languages is also in progress. Additionally, with Sunoh.ai queues, the AI scribe can queue up relevant questions for providers during the patient encounter.
