TEL AVIV, Israel: MCE Systems Ltd, the pioneer of digital Device Lifecycle Management, has named Ido Ben-Harosh as its new Chief Technology Officer. The strategic move aligns to MCE’s focus on developing new products to enhance its digital-first device lifecycle management (dDLM) platform.
Yuval Blumental, CEO and co-founder at MCE Systems, commented, “Mobile operators are increasingly seeking advanced technologies to improve customer experience and achieve their business goals. This requires faster, more convenient and more personalized services for their devices. Ido, a seasoned MCE veteran and a renowned technology expert, is the ideal choice to drive our core mission to mobilize better customer experiences through the new technologies we develop.”
Previously serving in various R&D management roles, most recently as Chief Architect, Ben-Harosh led numerous milestone innovation projects, including transitioning the company from a single product vendor to leading development of MCE’s dDLM platform. He also spearheaded the development of MCE’s unique DeviceAI solution, which aims to hyper-personalize customer interactions, enable comprehensive self-serve device care and transform service events into revenue opportunities.
Ben-Harosh’s promotion comes at a pivotal time for MCE. Its platform enables mobile operators to digitize every stage of the customer’s device journey – from trade-in and repair to maintenance and insurance – ultimately boosting customer loyalty, reducing cost to serve and unlocking new revenue streams for mobile operators.
MCE is now making significant investments in its award-winning platform. As CTO, Ben-Harosh will drive the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence across all aspects of the platform solution – from on-device apps to retail and call center support.
Ben-Harosh has played a crucial role in MCE’s R&D and implementation efforts, overseeing deployments in over 18,000 retail locations and serving over 400 million mobile devices worldwide for major tier-1 mobile operators in North America and Europe.
Ben-Harosh said: “I am honored to take on this new role. During my time at MCE, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative minds in mobile device technology. Given MCE’s strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, I am confident that we are well positioned to continue pioneering this space. I look forward to working more closely with our leadership and R&D teams and mobile operator partners.”
