MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.: Bloomreach, the platform fueling limitless ecommerce personalization, today announced it was among the select companies invited to participate in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q4 2024. In this evaluation, Bloomreach was cited as a Strong Performer.
The Forrester Wave evaluates and scores the most significant providers offering solutions in cross-channel marketing. The Q4 2024 report acknowledged Bloomreach’s AI innovation, remarking that Bloomreach’s “concept for genAI differs from the usual copilot thinking: It sees marketers elevated to the role of air traffic controllers with AI tools as autopilots.”
In addition to its AI, the report also acknowledged Bloomreach’s approach to customer success. The Forrester Wave noted: “It remains deeply rooted in e-commerce, but Bloomreach is ahead of CCMH rivals when it comes to conversational AI. Its BLOOM offering is a fresh approach to discovering opportunities and optimizing success for its customers, and there’s potential for this to evolve beyond marketing to CX.” The company’s BLOOM program proactively identifies untapped growth opportunities, and works directly with customers to optimize those areas. Bloomreach was one of only three vendors in the report to receive above-average customer feedback.
“We are honored to be recognized as a strong performer in The Forrester Wave: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q4 2024,” said Raj De Datta, co-founder and CEO, Bloomreach. “At Bloomreach, we strive to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovation that will help marketers feel limitless. Our teams are dedicated and excited to continue driving success for our clients through our cutting-edge marketing capabilities.”
