SAN FRANCISCO: UserTesting, the leading provider of human insights for innovators, today announced the appointment of Nikki Morello as Chief Transformation Officer. This newly created role highlights UserTesting’s commitment to evolving its operations, enhancing efficiencies, and accelerating transformative growth across the organization.
Nikki brings extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across operations, technology, and people functions. She began her career in human resources, advancing from business partner roles to heading HR teams across various sectors. At Mailgun, Nikki served as Head of HR and later as COO, overseeing RevOps, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, IT, Legal, and Sales, and driving Mailgun’s rapid growth through multiple acquisitions. Following Mailgun’s acquisition by Sinch in 2022, she transitioned to the role of SVP of GTM Transformation and Business Operations, where she led the integration of Sinch’s global sales teams and processes.
In her new role at UserTesting, Nikki will lead three strategic areas: the People organization, the Generative AI process transformation team, and a newly established Program Management Office to drive cross-functional initiatives. Together, these teams will accelerate UserTesting’s journey toward greater efficiency, alignment, and impactful transformation.
“Nikki’s extensive experience in large-scale transformations and successful organizational alignments makes her an invaluable addition to our executive team,” said Eric Johnson, CEO of UserTesting. “Her vision, operational expertise, and proven track record will help us unlock new opportunities, scale efficiently, and strengthen our culture as we enter this next phase of UserTesting’s growth.”
“I’m honored to join UserTesting at such a pivotal moment in its journey,” said Nikki Morello, Chief Transformation Officer at UserTesting. “As we drive the company’s evolution forward, I’m eager to work with our talented teams to implement meaningful change, elevate operational efficiency, and foster a culture of performance where everyone is empowered to contribute to our shared success. Together, we’ll unlock new growth opportunities and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
