Award marks Q2’s 14th consecutive year on the Greater Austin Top Workplaces list

AUSTIN, Texas: Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services, today announced it was recognized as a Top Workplaces 2024 award winner by Austin American-Statesman, marking its 14th consecutive year on the list. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including development, appreciation and connection, to name a few.

“At Q2, our mission is to build strong and diverse communities by strengthening their financial institutions,” said Q2 Chairman and CEO Matt Flake. “We are proud to be recognized once again for fostering an environment where our employees feel valued and inspired.”

“The Austin Top Workplaces award is significant because the recognition is based on feedback from team members across our organization,” said Q2 Chief People Officer Kim Rutledge. “We believe our people and the strength of our mission make Q2 special, and this award reflects our commitment to building a positive and empowering workplace culture. We are grateful to our team members for making this recognition possible.”

Q2 Spark is Q2’s corporate social responsibility program dedicated to igniting a community of philanthropists within Q2 and serving local communities. In 2023 alone, Q2 employees volunteered more than 10,000 hours for 220 nonprofit organizations; combined with employee giving, Q2 contributed more than $1 million to nonprofit organizations worldwide, including 29 causes and organizations focused on underserved communities. In partnership with Austin FC, Q2 helps to promote belonging and inclusion in the Central Texas community through the Q-mmunity Gives grant program and Austin FC Dream Starter Competition.
