SAN FRANCISCO: Horizon3.ai, a global leader of autonomous security solutions, today announced that Ellen Sundra has joined the company as Vice President, Customers. In her new role, Ellen will lead Horizon3.ai’s Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Community Engagement teams. With more than two decades of experience in customer-focused leadership roles within the technology and cybersecurity industries, Ellen will further enhance the company’s ability to deliver unparalleled value to its growing customer base.

Ellen joins Horizon3.ai after a 14-year tenure at Forescout Technologies, where she most recently served as Chief Customer Officer. Her expertise in organizational transformation, public speaking and community-building will add new strategic layers to Horizon3.ai’s customer-centric approach, while strengthening team cohesion and engagement.

Ellen holds a BA in Computer Science from Rollins College and has completed Executive Leadership training at Harvard Business School. She has received numerous industry honors for her influence and leadership, including Top 25 Women in Cyber, (Cyber Defense Magazine), CyberSecurity Veteran Honoree (SC Media), Top Women in CyberSecurity (Global InfoSec Awards RSA Conference) and Forescout MVP of the Year.
