NEW YORK: J.P. Morgan Wealth Management ranks best in customer satisfaction for both self-directed and full-service investors in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study. This prestigious recognition measures customers’ satisfaction with wealth management websites and mobile apps.
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management has now become the most-awarded brand since J.D. Power created its U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study in 2022.
Clients can invest on their own on the J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing platform or with the guidance of a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management advisor. Both options offer a top-notch digital experience allowing investors to review portfolios, transfer money, trade and explore investment opportunities with ease, according to the study.

J.P. Morgan’s digital experience leads all other firms for customer satisfaction among self-directed investors, scoring 45 points above average, according to the J.D. Power study. J.P. Morgan also scores significantly better among full-service investors, 59 points above average.

J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing continues to innovate, recently adding features like fractional shares for over 3,000 stocks and ETFs, enhanced performance views and screeners, market alerts and a simplified trade ticket.
All Chase digital clients can also create a personalized plan for free on the app or the website, allowing them to set financial goals and track their progress. Since its launch, more than two million clients have created J.P. Morgan Wealth Plans using the award-winning tool.
