TORONTO: Messagepoint announced today that it has been named a Luminary in Celent’s “Customer Communication Management Solutions: Global Insurance Edition 2024” report for the second year in a row. Celent, a leading research and advisory firm focused on technology for financial institutions across the globe, evaluated 16 CCM solutions catering to the insurance market. The Luminary designation is the highest level of recognition within Celent’s Technical Capability Matrix.
Each solution was assessed on several factors, including technological innovation, range of features, architecture, pricing and customer support. The solution is scored based on its technological advancement and breadth of functionality in these areas and awarded to CCM platforms that excel in both.
“Insurers face mounting pressure to provide more personalized client experiences across a growing number of channels. CCM solutions which streamline communications processes and provide comprehensive omnichannel capabilities are critical to meeting these strategic goals,” said Fabio Sarrico, analyst at Celent and author of the report. “Messagepoint’s Luminary status is a recognition of the overall technological sophistication and breadth of functionality of its CCM solution.”
The report evaluates each solution’s functionality across key areas: content management, digital readiness and AI capabilities. Messagepoint’s cloud-based, intelligent content hub empowers non-technical business users to manage and update customer communications with its no-code platform. The solution’s unique modular approach enables the reuse of common content components and templates across communications and channels, supporting the efficient delivery of personalized content through both composed communications and headless APIs.
Messagepoint continues to lead the way in leveraging AI for CCM. Its proprietary AI engine, MARCIE (Messagepoint Advanced Rationalization and Content Intelligence Engine) powers Assisted Authoring capabilities to analyze and optimize content at scale. Over the past year, Messagepoint has added new capabilities to MARCIE which can align communications with ISO plain language standards, translate content into more than 60 languages and automate translation accuracy checks—all within the seamless, controlled environment of its intelligent content hub.
Steve Biancaniello, CEO of Messagepoint, commented, “Recognition as a Luminary by Celent highlights the transformative value Messagepoint brings to insurers as they seek to modernize legacy systems and accelerate their digital transformations. Our team is committed to developing innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, as well as the employee and end-customer experience.”
