This Recognition Highlights the Company’s Employee-Driven Culture and Regional Growth

IRVINE, Calif.: Alorica Inc., a digitally-engineered, tech-enabled global customer experience (CX) leader, is celebrating a landmark achievement: all nine countries where Alorica operates in Latin America and the Caribbean are certified as a Great Place to Work® based on employee sentiment and experience in five key areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and fellowship. This milestone welcomes Jamaica, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and Paraguay—Alorica’s newest site that launched in 2024—to its certification roster. In addition to the Philippines being recognized for the third year, this is also the fourth consecutive Great Place to Work® recognition for Alorica in Guatemala as well as the CX provider’s second in Colombia, Honduras, Mexico and Panama. More than 11,400 employees participated in the survey by the Great Place to Work® Institute—the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
