The Italian company acquired Grupo Solutio, one of the leading system integrators in Spain
To strengthen its position in the Spanish insurtech market, Kirey Group acquired Grupo Solutio, a Spanish system integrator with headquarters in Madrid and over 25 years of experience in the IT world.
The Italian group has already been active in the Spanish insurance sector thanks to the acquisition, in 2018, of MPM, a software house specialising in Digital Tranformation solutions for insurance companies. Integrating Grupo Solutio, Kirey Group will be able to expand its service offering in Spain, as well as its industry expertise, leveraging on common technological capabilities to serve its clients from an end-to-end perspective.
Grupo Solutio, founded in 1998 and with offices in Madrid, Cordoba and Barcelona, has extensive experience and capabilities in the IT field that perfectly complement the Kirey Group's offer. Solutio supports a diverse clientele, with players in sectors such as Financial Services, Banking, Transport, Culture & Sport and Education. The company helps them in their Digital Transformation journey.

The Spanish system integrator focuses on strategic areas such as IT consulting, DevOps, software development, e-commerce, IT infrastructure, cloud, technological solutions for the management and governance of large volumes of data. It has a solid expertise on working with the main cloud providers, with in particular a strong expertise in the Microsoft environment, from Azure to tools such as 365 and PowerBI.
The synergy between Grupo Solutio and MPM will allow Kirey Group to strengthen its already established relationships with Spanish customers, providing them with a new set of end-to-end services and proposing itself as an even more strategic partner, endowed with extensive technological know-how and local delivery capabilities.
