Zerynth has been selected in the Internet of Things category and it is the only Italian company to join this edition of BIND 4.0
Italian company Zerynth has been selected as one of the finalists in the BIND 4.0 competition for 2021, in the Internet of Things category. Zerynth is also the only Italian company among the 79 Finalist Startups for this 6th edition of BIND 4.0. Finalists are chosen by 65 Corporate Venture Client who participate in BIND.
From now to the end of the year, the BIND 4.0 Corporate Venture Clients and Finalist Startup teams have the opportunity to negotiate an agreement of the terms of each pilot project and the amount of each contract to be paid. The exact amount of each contract is determined between the Startup and Venture Client, although BIND 4.0 has set a minimum contract amount to 25,000 euros to make it a worthwhile investment for both parties involved.
BIND Corporate Venture Clients are "well-established companies" now ready to implement disruptive solutions with one or more startup teams. While working on a paid Industry 4.0 project, participating startup companies will also have the support of the BIND 4.0 Acceleration program: mentoring, professional workshops, operations facility tours, regular networking activities and access to funding opportunities via the BIND 4.0 Venture Club.
BIND 4.0 is a public-private initiative, an open innovation platform that provides targeted business services and creates "mutually beneficial collaborations between disruptive startups and innovative corporations". BIND 4.0 has an annual startup acceleration program aimed at startups with tech products or services that solve "relevant problems in the digital transformation of Intelligent Industry, Clean Energy & Sustainability, Health and Food Industries".
"Our industrial IoT platform is what solves these problems", Zerynth says: "Our solutions are innovative but easily implemented into industrial machinery (of any age). This complete set of hardware-software tools can be used in various industries, for many different solutions".
